These are cladding elements with folded edges on all sides. They are exclusively preprofiled to customer specifications or to meet specific architectural requirements.
Cassette cladding allows a great deal of flexibility in relation to formats, the layout of joints and fixing principles. Folded edges on every side allow large sheet metal parts to lie even with the cladding surface.
Fixing is usually acheived by riveting, screwing, using angle brackets or using bolt hooks to fix the cassettes directly to the substrate.

Alcan H25 is a recessed panel system, indirectly fixed and horizontally orientated with a panel depth of 25 mm using a specially developed mounting profile that allows the panel to freely float and compensate for expansion and contraction due to thermal movement. At the same time it maintains its exact position relative to the facade layout. The recessed shadow line joins can vary in width to architects specifications. Material thickness 2 or 3 mm. Panels sizes up to 1400 mm in width and 2950 mm in length are possible, for larger panel sizes contact our office.

The Alcan V25 reveal panel can range from 200 to 300 mm in height and length can go up to 3000 mm, for greater lengths contact our office. The panel depth is 25 mm, the joint width can vary between 1 to 30 mm. The panel does not require fully supported decking, it can directly to a secondary sub-structure in form of galvanized top-head sections which run perpendicular to the facade joint line. The panels can be installed vertically, horizontally or diagonally.

Interlocking Tiles are made out of Falzonal Aluminium material fully supported to a D/D structural plywood deck 17 mm thick. This is a system whereby two sides of the tile will form a undercloak fold and the other two sides an overcloak fold, they overlap when the tiles are joined. The upper tile hooks over the below fixed tile and locks into its final position before mechanically fixed to the plywood deck. Essentially this system looks like a fish scale skin, which covers the façade.

An angled standing seam is a lengthwise connection between adjacent sections outside the water plane. It derives its name from its angular cross section.
In wall cladding, the angled standing seam is also suitable for design variations, such as horizontal or diagonal applications.

Profiled sheets are well suited for covering large cladding surfaces without joints because of their regular, unimposing profiles. There are three basic groups of profiles:
- Corrugated profiles in the form of a sinusoidal wave.
- Trapezoidal profiles with various profile geometriess.
- Custom profiles with special geometry and edges.
Profiled sheets can be produced in a variety of shapes.
